Dr.Warkentin GmbH(以下「当社」といいます。)は、Shopify, Inc.(以下、「サービス提供会社」といいます。)の提供するショッピングカートASPサービス「Shopify」を利用してマリエンオンラインストア(以下、「当ショップ」といいます。)を運営するにあたり、サービス提供会社の定めたプライバシーポリシーおよびドイツ・日本における個人情報保護法の法令・ガイドラインに基づき、お客様からお預かりした個人情報を安全に管理することを最優先に考え、今後とも個人情報を保護していくための取り組みを継続的に行い、お客様の信頼を一層確かなものにする活動を目指していきます。

個人情報保護方針

当社では個人情報の重要性を認識し、以下の取り組みを実施しております。

お客様個人に関する情報(以下「個人情報」といいます)の取り扱いについては規定を定め、組織体制を整備して、個人情報の適切な保護に努めています。

お客様から個人情報を収集させていただく場合は、収集目的、お客様に対する当社の窓口をお知らせしたうえで、必要な範囲で個人情報を収集します。

お客様の個人情報を収集目的の範囲内で利用するとともに、適切な方法で管理し、特段の事情がない限り、お客様の承諾無く第三者に開示・提供することはありません。

お客様の個人情報は、正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏えい等を防止するための措置を講じます。

当社が、個人情報の処理を外部へ委託する場合には、漏えいや再提供を行わないよう契約により義務づけ、適切な管理を実施します。

委託元より個人情報をお預かりする場合には、厳正なる管理を行い、契約の範囲内で利用します。

お客様が個人情報の確認、訂正等を希望される場合、アカウントにログインし、ご自身で確認・訂正を行えます。

当社が保有する個人情報に関して適用される法令、規範を遵守するとともに、上記各項における取り組み及び保護活動を、維持、改善します。

各サービス等における個人情報の取扱いについて

当社は、お客様が受けようとするサービスの提供や当社の業務の適正な範囲内に限り、お客様の個人情報を利用します(なお、サービス毎に利用目的が明示されている場合は、当該利用目的に従った利用を行います)。たとえば、当社がお客様から質問、要望、資料の請求、アンケート、キャンペーンの応募等を受付の際にお預かりする個人情報は、個人情報を含まない形で集計し、当社の事業活動に利用しますが、お客様の承諾なく、第三者に開示することはもちろんのこと、当社の商品・サービスに関するメールをお送りする等の目的外の利用を行うことは一切ございません。

当社は、正当な利用目的の範囲内において業務委託先にお客様の個人情報を預託することがあります。

クッキー(Cookie)について

当ショップには、「クッキー(Cookie)」と呼ばれる技術を利用したページがあります。クッキーとは、ウェブサーバからお客様のブラウザに送信される小規模なデータのことをいい、お客様のコンピューターにファイルとして格納されるものもあります。ウェブサーバは、クッキーを参照することによりお客様のコンピュータを識別することができますが、これによりお客様は効率的に当ショップを利用することができます。

たとえば、お客様には会員登録時に、ログイン名とパスワードを入力していただきますが、この際、ウェブサーバはサーバで取得したデータ(任意のセッションID)をクッキーに書き込んでお客様のコンピュータに送信します。お客様がログイン後に、買い物やその他の手続き等を進めるために別(次)のページに進んだときには、その送信されたクッキーを当ショップのウェブサーバが参照してお客様のコンピュータを識別するため、お客様が何度もログイン名やパスワードを入力する手間が不要となり、スムーズに買い物や手続き等を行うことができます。

 

SSLについて

当ショップは、お客様の個人情報を保護するために「常時SSL」に対応しています。

SSL(Secure Sockets Layer)とは、インターネット上におけるウェブブラウザとウェブサーバ間でのデータの通信を暗号化し、送受信させる仕組みのことです。 重要な情報を、悪意ある第三者による盗聴を防いだり、送信される重要な情報の改ざんを防ぐ役割を持っています。

サービス提供会社が対応しているブラウザーのセキュリティ機能に対応したブラウザを使用することで、お客様が入力される名前や住所あるいは電話番号などの個人情報が自動的に暗号化されて送受信されるため、万が一、送信データが第三者に傍受された場合でも、内容が盗み取られる心配はありません。

お支払いについて

当ショップでのクレジットカード決済は、1回限りのご注文にはShopify Payments、サブスク定期を含むご注文およびサブスク定期の2回目以降の自動決済にはStripeを採用しています。どちらの決済方法においても、カード情報セキュリティの国際統一基準である"PCI-DSSコンプライアンス"に準拠し、安全に決済手続きが行われます。当ショップには慎重な取り扱いが必要となるクレジットカード情報は一切保持されません。詳細については、Shopifyのセキュリティ情報またはStripeのセキュリティ情報をご覧ください。

 

お客様のアクセスログ・履歴情報について

当ショップでは、アクセスされた方の情報をアクセスログという形で記録しています。アクセスログは、アクセスされた方のドメイン名やIPアドレス、使用しているブラウザの種類、アクセス日時などが含まれますが、通常は個人を特定できる情報を含むものではありません。これらのアクセスログはウェブサイトの保守管理や利用状況に関する統計分析のために活用されます。

なお、お客様が個人情報を会員登録時に入力して、ご利用になるサービスについては、お客様のご利用に関する履歴情報がお客様を特定できる情報とあわせて記録されることがありますが、当社は、これらを個人情報の一部として適切に取り扱うものとします。以下に記載された以外の目的で履歴情報を個人情報と結びつけて利用する場合は、サービス毎に利用目的をお客様にあらかじめ明示することといたします。

Billing and payments

In case of services requiring payment, we request credit card or other payment account information, which will be used solely for processing payments. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Where necessary for processing future payments and subject to your prior consent, your financial information will be stored in encrypted form on secure servers of our reputed payment gateway service provider who is beholden to treating your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy. All direct payment gateways adhere to the latest security standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Sensitive and private data exchange happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures, and the Website and Services are also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users. Scans for malware are performed on a regular basis for additional security and protection.

Managing information

You are able to delete certain Personal Information we have about you. The Personal Information you can delete may change as the Website and Services change. When you delete Personal Information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised Personal Information in our records for the duration necessary to comply with our obligations to our affiliates and partners, and for the purposes described below. If you would like to delete your Personal Information or permanently delete your account, you can do so by contacting us.

Disclosure of information

Depending on the requested Services or as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any service you have requested, we may share your information with your consent with our trusted third parties that work with us, any other affiliates and subsidiaries we rely upon to assist in the operation of the Website and Services available to you.
